The subject of this session will be discussed in a group of the representatives of the biggest cities to work out and propose precise IT solutions, which could be implemented immediately to reduce city maintenance costs and services provided for the persons and entities offered by the cities.
The scope of the brainstorming session:
- Generating new savings thanks to analyzing the already available data currently stored in silos.
- We are raising the quality level of services provided for the inhabitants at the minimum cost thanks to the use of the already available data.
- Reduction of costs of the comprehensive IT service of a city through the use of a common platform managed via applications.
- Diluted data processing platform, or how to avoid extensive costs of the investment in the calculating device
- The concept of using open solutions – how to build an efficient digital platform for inhabitants when the budget costs are reduced
- Connection with state and regional IT projects as a part of SaaS services – a method for significant reduction of costs
