Digital payments can play an important role in improving the payment ecosystem in various areas of functioning of citizens in the city: C2G (Citizen to Government) payments such as electricity, heat energy, road tolls and transit, taxis, parking lots, water, education, tourism, social services, healthcare, penalties and parking tickets. The lack of a unified vision makes efforts to digitize payments in the city less effective.
